Leopold Reigner (1897-1981) was a French artist born in Niort, moving to Paris to study at the Academie Julian and Academy de la Grande Chaumiere. He spent some years travelling through Trinidad and Venezuela, settling for 20 years in Colombia, before returning to Franch in 1958.
