Delivery and Returns

World Wide Shipping and returns explained!

When you buy something from us, you will want to know when and how it will be delivered. You also want to know how you can return goods. This page answers these questions for you. Our aim is to ensure that you receive the products you order as swiftly as possible, and that you are happy with the shipment you receive. If you have any concerns regarding shipment or return of goods, please contact us.

The following is a summary of our shipping and returns policy.

In summary:

  • We deliver goods anywhere in the world
  • We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, if for any reason the product will take longer than this to be dispatch we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
  • If your order is small enough to post, we will send it to you by Royal Mail. If it is bigger, we will deliver a parcel to you.
  • To ensure that you receive your order with the minimum of fuss, we ask that you give us the correct address with a postcode and a landline phone number, and make sure someone can accept delivery from us.

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) after the day of receipt of your product without penalty and without the need to give us any reason. However, the following points must be observed:

  • The products must be returned in an unused condition in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact together with product receipt;
  • Products are to be returned to us at your expense unless the product is faulty when you receive it.
  • You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and the cost of re delivery charged to your account.

Your right to cancel will not apply if the products are made or tailored to your specification or personalised at your request.

On receipt of your notification of cancellation, the price of the products will be credited to your payment card within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation is given. If you fail to return the products to us within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the products and a new contract to purchase the products will be formed and your payment card will be debited for the price of the products. We are not responsible for non-delivery of returned goods and it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting and/or delivery insurance as appropriate.

If you wish to cancel your order or return your item please contact us by e-mail. Please Quote Your Invoice Number, The item(s) being returned, name and address. We will aim to respond to your email within 1 working day this will tell you the address the goods are to be sent back to and when your account will be re-credited.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


If you do receive faulty goods please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the part or unit (if necessary) to be exchanged.

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for a refund to be arranged for any money paid for them.
